Your Values Profile |
Loyalty: You value loyalty a fair amount. You're loyal to your friends... to a point. But if they cross you, you will reconsider your loyalties. Staying true to others is important to you, but you also stay true to yourself. Honesty: You value honesty a fair amount. You're honest when you can be, but you aren't a stickler for it. If a little white lie will make a situation more comfortable, you'll go for it. In the end, you mostly care about "situational integrity." Generosity: You don't really value generosity. Your needs always come first, no matter what. And you'll possibly help someone else out... But only if it helps you in return. Humility: You value humility a fair amount. You tend to be an easy going, humble person. But occasionally your ego takes over. You have a slight competitive streak - and the need to be the best. Tolerance: You value tolerance highly. Not only do you enjoy the company of those very different from you... You do all that you can to seek it out interesting and unique friends. You think there are many truths in life, and you're open to many of them. |

just a little something to think about

I would like to congratulate your administration for taking steps in trying to improve the university. Recently I have observed that workers have been very busy fixing and repairing several school facilities that have long been neglected. In the administration building for example, I have observed that the steps have been repaired, the offices in the first floor are being repainted, and that the walls in the fifth floor have been volleyed. Perhaps in the near future, you can also do something about the electric fans and the lights that aren’t working as well as the sockets and the light switches which have their wiring exposed.
Also, the teachers seem to be very happy as of late. This could be due to the fact that for the past two pay days, they have received their salary on time. Again, I would like to give my congratulation. I hope that perhaps because of this, the teachers would also do their share and that they would be more eager to impart their knowledge to us.
These, perhaps, are small steps but they are huge help in trying to improve the image of the university. I hope these things will continue.
Unfortunately however, we were informed by a memo signed by Sir Villar that from now on, the students will now be paying the university if there will be activities using school facilities such the gym, the mini theatre, the nursing avr, and the conference room. The amounts mentioned were very prohibitive. The student organizations simply can’t afford it. We are already having a hard time raising funds to pay the speakers and now we have to pay for the venue. If this policy will push through, no student organization will ever be able to afford to conduct activities. This seems to be contrary to the objectives and goals of the university.
The memo that i saw was not signed by you the president, so i was hoping that this has yet to be approved by your office.
